Have a question? We’ve probably answered it below. If not, ask away.

  • No worries! You'd be surprised how many programs and software we've worked with over the years. Let us know what your looking for.

  • You don’t need to commit to finding ongoing work - that’s one of the benefits of working with a virtual freelancer rather than an employee!

  • A lot! Our background is marketing, so this encompasses branding, advertising, content creation and campaign management. As part of our marketing experience, we've worked in business development and alongside this, many admin jobs.

  • You don't know, what you don't know. We get it. Let's chat for 30 minutes and we can breakdown your goals into actions

  • As a small business, taking on an employee is a big, and often expensive task. If you're looking for someone to complete one-off tasks, or be part of the background of your business while not being customer-facing, we're for you.

  • Let's chat and we can go from there. This is how we generally like to structure our projects:

CONCEPT You'll complete an online brief, then we'll chat to clarify your needs and confirm deliverables

BRAINSTORM Post-chat, we'll analyse your brief and conceptualise the best solution for your needs

IMPLEMENT We'll design and deliver the draft product within the agreed deadline

FEEDBACK You'll provide thoughts and feedback which we'll implement into the product

COMPLETION After two feedback rounds, we'll complete the product and hand back to you

  • Of course! Before we meet, let's organise a free 30 minute phone or video call to chat about your business and what you need.

  • You are right to protect your IP and business information. Everyone who has access to the backend of you business should be working under the strictest security protocol - whether they are remotely engaged or physically in your office.

Consider the following suggestions to protect yourself and your business:

    • Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or customised service agreement (we can help out with this)

    • Police clearance

    • Reference checks

    • Password manager software (e.g., LastPass, 1Password, Dashlane)

    • “User” access rather than “Admin” rights to software

    • Individual logins instead of shared logins

    • Providing access under an email address that you own and manage (no personal email addresses)

  • Absolutely. Have the agreement sent to us and we will sign away. Alternatively, we can send you a template.

  • While we respect traditional business hours, we are completely flexible to your needs. Since the C-word, flexible working hours rings true for us. And as small business owners ourselves, we know that the business brain never really shuts off.

  • Email is best :)

  • Life happens, right? We have a team here to help, so if one of us is away, someone will step in. As for holidays, we will try to get as much planned and implemented before time off.

  • Depending on the project, we'll likely send you an invoice for 50% of the job before we start, and 50% on job completion. Otherwise, we'll invoice you monthly.

  • No hard feelings! We'll organise a handover with all the necessary details, documents and files.
